    Those familiar with AJ’s original restaurant, truly right next door, know the quality of food and excellent service. The oyster bar is a great addition. Or, if you like, a great extension. This expands the original menu in a great way since you can still order your favorites, provides far more seating and offers a full bar instead of just beer and wine. Brilliant.

    Owned by the same people who own AJ's Seafood and Po Boys next door, this restaurant offers both raw and cooked oyster dishes, mixed drinks, AND you can also order from the regular seafood menu.

    While the oyster dishes are a little pricey, so far I haven't had one that wasn't delicious.

    The menu doesn't mention it, but you can order a half-dozen oysters for $10.95.
