Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Always really good and the prices are decent for what you get. Like a lot of places nowadays though, they pressure you into absurd tip amounts before you're allowed to pay. You can tell that employees pay attention to what you press too. Kind of irritating but I guess that's just the norm these days.

My friend said dairy queen and I made a face. We got to brusters and saw dairy queen agrees.

I had very good ice cream here and the service was great. A young man served me I think his name was Evan and he was very kind and got my ice cream quick. The bathroom is very clean and the place was tidy. Lots of seatings and kind staff like Evan.

My family and I are regular visitors to this Bruster's location and have always enjoyed the delicious ice cream. However, our most recent experience left us disheartened.

We arrived close to closing time due to a misunderstanding on our part, and chose to order from the walk-up window to avoid holding up the drive-through lane. Unfortunately, the young man serving us was visibly annoyed and his demeanor was less than welcoming. His facial expression and attitude made us feel judged and disrespected.

While we were trying to make our orders as simple as possible to ease the workload, the same employee slammed our final ice cream on the counter and it was poorly served. This was a stark contrast to the usual courtesy and professionalism we have come to expect from this establishment.

Thankfully, another staff member was polite and efficient, which somewhat compensated for the unpleasant interaction. Still, the overall experience left a sour taste in our mouths, quite literally.

I reached out to the management directly with my concerns but received no response. It's disappointing as we love the ice cream and would like to continue supporting the business. We sincerely hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in customer service.

Despite this incident, we plan to return in the hopes of better experiences in the future. We believe everyone can have an off day, and we're hoping this was just that.

Good place.

It's an easy turn if your headed south. A little harder to turn in or out if you're going north, depending on the time of day.

The ice cream was delicious. Generous portion size, and they even made it look good with the whipped cream and sprinkles and such.

As with all Bruster's, it's outdoor. A fair amount of benches and seating: maybe two tables and four benches.

Staff were very friendly with me.

Drive-through seemed pretty long, but it was a summer night. I ordered at window. Waited maybe two minutes to order, got my ice cream within a minute of ordering.

Good stuff. Didn't knock my socks off, but was pleasant from start to finish.
