Burger King

When I entered the restaurant, one of the girls turned and looked at me then turned back around to continue her conversion with the other girl and the cook. The 3 were not busy they were just talking to each other in Spanish, and I asked the girl who was nearest me that turned and saw me coming in if I could get my order in. She told me to wait and then started talking in Spanish and then started looking at the employee entrance to the counter area, and in a moment or so a nice small young lady came in and immediately told me that she was sorry for the delay, that she was working both sides, the counter and the drive up while I still saw the other two Latino girls continue talking with the cook. The nice young lady that was taking my order told the cook in Spanish that I wanted a freshly cooked Impossible Whooper. I could tell because she turned her head towards the cook as she was talking just loud enough for him to hear her. The young nice lady finished my order and apologized to me that I had to wait so long for me to get someone to take my order. Then when I got my order it was NOT HOT FRESH OFF THE GRIIL, IT WAS BARELY WARM! I didn't want to take it back for a good hot burger, in fear that something might happen to that Impossible Whooper like the cook spitting on it or something else, I didn't want to take the chance, so I just ate it and my small fry and left. It was the most aggravating experiences I have ever had at that particular Burger King. The time before when I went, there were different people there and so much more attentive. The girl that was there at that time, greeted me, and took my order right a way, and I even got my Impossible Whooper HOT! SO, if I go to that location again at 2495 Dallas Hwy in Marietta, and see the same two girls that ignored me, I'm turning around and leaving.

Great food and fast service, was very clean too

Good family friendly restaurant. Good prices, clean facilities, and friendly staff.

Wanted to give 3 stars since I felt like they are trying harder. Food is still not the best. Either not hot or you can tell the fries have been sitting for a minute. But the customer service has improved.

Crew is nice
Food is normal for fast food but the fries really need improvement.
