This place is usually great all of the time that's why I gave 5 stars on the rating. But this particular visit the guy that handed our food was talking to us like he did not want to be bothered. Maybe he had a bad day I'm not sure but my perception of that visit was very negative

The service is usually above average...

With the dine in service I received on a Saturday afternoon definitely put this restaurant in the below average class...

The server was rude...
She seems to have some sort of personal agenda on how to serve and treat people who don't look like her...

Send in a mystery shopper of color and you will see exactly what I am talking about...

Best chicken sandwiches. Obvious why they have higher profits in 6 days than all the rest in 7. Well-run. People are well-trained. Chicken soup is killer.

They walk the food up to your table if you are eating in - what's not to love about that? Went during rush-hour lunch, but still plenty of seating inside in an enjoyable, relaxed ambiance. Had the standard chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries. The waffle fries are always out of this world and on point. The server was very friendly and the small conversation added to the personal touch this franchise strives to add with each happy customer. And, it's chicken, so a tad-bit on the healthier side for a quick-lunch-bite. Try this location out today, bright and clean and great tasting chicken.
