Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar

Peel and eat shrimp was good as were the scallops. Bouillabaisse lacked depth, lacked fennel, Pernod, etc. and had two clams that were bad (didn't open ...chef should never have served them). Really should drop it from the menu. Review definitely affected by the lack of thoroughess and care in that one dish. Dessert was fine. At this price point, a bit more attention to detail is deserved.

Had the pleasure of dining here on a Tuesday around 8:45pm. We sat on the patio since the weather was so nice.

Tuesday is their oyster special day. We got a dozen of James River oysters for $15.

For dinner, we were told by friends to try the lobster roll. We took our friends recommendation and added the crab fried rice and brussel sprouts.

Over all the service was 5/5. The food was just okay. Not as delicious as pictures make it seem. Crab fried rice was salty. Brussel had weird combination of flavors. Oysters were good. The lobster roll was not worth the $32

Celebrated a birthday here, have been a number of times. Always so good I forget to take pics of the meal for you guys. Below are their brussel sprouts, not for everyone, but we love them! Oysters and fish always taste fresh. Worth a visit!

Place is amazing. I had swordfish in several different places... and this place by far impressed me. Food is amazing service is great and very knowledgeable.... definitely will be coming back when in the area.
