I believe the owner is a lady which is fine no issues there the issue would come into play with how short she is with her customers. Walked in there told me to wait a second and then when she got to me I asked for a burner and they really don't sell any burners when most people are looking for burners to do their outside fireplaces. I think they definitely need more patience 4 people even trying to purchase smaller things if you treat people good they'll come back for the bigger stuff and everything like that are from what I hear talking to them about fireplaces outside and fire pits I mean extremely expensive.
