Five Guys

Wow! What a delicious burger! You could taste the freshness of the beef and the toppings. And the fries are awesome too! So glad there is now a Five Guys in East Cobb. The only downside was the wait, but the wait was worth it.

They seem to have worked the major kinks out now and the food quality has been very good recently. If there is a better burger and fries in East Cobb, I haven’t found it. This location stays pretty busy and the wait can be a little longer than one might hope, but you can see the managers actively coaching and training the staff so it will likely only continue to get better. Especially when you consider that this is 2020, this has been a successful opening. Glad to see this location getting good business.

This is for the newest location in Marietta GA, at the intersection of Johnson Ferry and Roswell Rd. I tried to be very patient, as I knew it was a newly opened 5 Guys and it was a Friday night after a very stressful election week. But still, it was barely organized chaos. The line for dine in orders was out the front door, literally. I couldn't get inside at first. I looked to the right and saw the online order/pickup line looked much shorter and decided to order online while in the store. This was a bad idea. Because the curbside orders, DoorDashers, customers pickups and some in store orders were going through the same line. It was hard to tell if your order was ready or not, forcing you to ask the very flustered pickup order girl to ask the cook if your order was ready. But I kind of expected this experience, so I wasn't upset. And the staff was indeed working INCREDIBLY hard and quick. They even apologized for the delay. And the burger and fries were amazing as usual. I'm just happy to finally have a 5 Guys closer to home for me! Will definitely go again, just be prepared to wait a bit on busy nights.

Delicious and A LOT of food. This picture is of the regular burger and small fry. Great customer service ordering online and curbside pickup. So glad to have a Fives Guys close by. I can finally get grilled jalapenos on a fast food burger since moving here from Texas. Can't say that about any other quick burger joint around here.

Not sure why the other reviews are complaining about the open time. This is a lunch/dinner place, so 11am is the right time to open.

Aaaanyways, this location is pretty good. Kitchen runs efficiently from what I can see. The folks behind the counter are friendly and the food is as good as you'd expect from any Five Guys. I'll definitely be coming back here on the regular.
