Fox Dogs

Delicious hot dogs with lots of options! My husband had the Italian Beef sandwich, my son had a classic dog with bacon and cheese, and I had the southern slaw on a veggie dog. And we shared some fries.

The Italian beef was authentic Chicago style, not too wet not too dry, a delicious fresh hoagie and hot peppers on the side.

The classic bacon cheese dog was (quoting the 10 year old here) "very messy and delicious! The cheese was very very good and the bacon was the perfect amount". He tossed a few fries on top for good measure.

I appreciated I could sub a veggie dog for any of their dogs (LifeLite brand for anyone wondering)... The taste and texture was exactly like a hotdog. The Southern Slaw dog was piled high with cheese, onion, slaw, and mustard, which was soaking the bun by the end in a delicious mess.

Wrapping this up, the atmosphere was nice and clean, and the staff was super nice, and took great care of us. The classic rock soundtrack of the day was right up my alley too.

I appreciate they have a rotating "dog of the day" for variety, and they even wrote down my husband's suggestion to do a Colombian street dog with crushed potato chips and fried quail eggs (it's soooo good).

The only thing I could ask for to improve would be a getting super picky... vegetarian chili and vegan cheese. I'd kill for a super messy veggie chili cheese dog!!

This is our new favorite hot dog place, and we will definitely be back!

All beef hot dogs, yes please. My friend works here so I came to visit and it is really good!! Loved the onion rings too. I went classic... dog with mustard. Super cute inside too.

Great hot dogs! Reminds me of the old hot dog carts and restaurants in New Jersey. I had a Specialty Double Dog Combo. One with chili, cheese, sauerkraut, slaw, red onion sauce and mustard. I kept the other one simple. My daughter also had simple hot dogs with sauerkraut and mustard. The corn nuggets and onion rings are great, as well. The place was busy, but the staff was pleasant and courteous.

I had the Italian beef and corn nuggets and it was great! Can’t wait to come back and try the hot dogs! The environment is so welcoming and everyone was so kind, even the cook came and asked us how we we’re doing! It doesn’t have much space inside but it is a great new spot in the square! :)

Had the taco dog and the New York dog. Both were delicious. Taco dog is so good. The establishment is clean and friendly!
