Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I was visiting they're from out of town my realtor says oh my God is the best ice cream... when I arrive there the lines were long I guess it was about a 10-minute wait they really service the people quickly and give you great big scoops of ice cream I was very impressed with that... but for the ice cream it didn't taste like ice cream just didn't have the flavor that I'm accustomed to in the south....

I'm not a frequent visitor of this place but there's this dude named John who is just an absolute gem. Guy not only took our order but made our custard and continually checked to make sure everything was great. So while I don't know enough about the menu to review that, this young man earns all those stars and then some!!

When we came into the restaurant, we were met with John's smiling face! John took our order perfectly and with awesome customer service. It was his FIRST DAY! Great job on Chris the manager for training him so well to take care of the customer. We had a bit of a complicated order, but John did a flawless job in completely taking care of us. Kudos to the line crew for creating our orders perfectly. This is the first time since I can't remember when at any fast food restaurant that my wife's order wasn't wrong. Great job Chris, John, and crew!

Our family loves going here. The staff is always polite and helpful. And even though a lot of the staff seems to be too young to have kids, they are great with them! The bathrooms are clean, and this is the only place where the baby changing station is consistently stocked with the paper covers.
