Fuego Tortilla Guisos & Taqueria

EXCELLENT TACOS AND EVEN BETTER SALSA! Their tortillas are home-made and are absolutely incredible. Their service is top-notch and I love the mariachi band that sings throughout the place.

My wife and I tried Fuego for the first time last weekend. Its a big win! Food was fantastic. Atmosphere is a nice mix of modern/hip and laid back. The menu is great, making it tough to decide what to have. I'm so glad we finally have a really good Mexican restaurant nearby!! We will be back for sure! Oh, and folks that don't pay attention to where their bank cards are probably shouldn't have one ;p (response to an earlier post)

Walked in and took about a minute to get greeted. The hostess was on her phone at the bar and there was only one other table that was inside. By the computer, were about 5 credit cards that I assume were left at the restaurant/bar. Would have easily been able to grab them and use them. So Evan with the red Wells Fargo credit card, it’s here at the restaurant. The restaurant had a great layout and modern look. The flavor and quality of the tacos were GREAT. Ordered rice instead of beans...was given beans no rice. -1 Star for the service/incorrect food item, -1 for leaving cards in view to be taken and used.

This restaurant is amazing! The food, service, and very clean, beautiful, modern decor....I could go on and on about everything being fantastic here! The food is made fresh daily. The menu selection is amazing. I can't wait to try more here. They have 2 kinds of salsa, and my favorite was the roasted tomato! It was amazing! Henry was also great. I spoke with another gentleman that worked there, can't remember his name, but he was so nice and he listened to my comments and we talked extensively about how the design here was great and the food menu was unique. I highly recommend this to everyone. Thanks for the outstanding service and delicious food. Also, the Isabella margarita sangria was fantastic!????

We have been twice since the soft opening and it is delicious. The inside is clean and modern and the service is great. We have tried several dishes, and although they are more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in the area, the quality is superior and the taste is better. In essence, you get what you pay for here! Portions are large and there are many traditional dishes I haven’t seen at other restaurants nearby. Give it a shot! The handmade corn tortillas will make you feel like you str was street taco in Mexico!
