Gabriel's Restaurant and Bakery

I was panicked when I discovered--four days before the event--that the restaurant where we'd planned to host my sister-in-law's baby shower had closed its doors without warning. We had to scramble to find another location that could accommodate a large party on such short notice. I called Gabriel's, with my fingers crossed, and spoke to Susan, who could not have been kinder. She was friendly, understanding and amazingly generous in offering options at Gabriel's. The shower couldn't have gone better. In fact, I believe we lucked out that our initial restaurant closed. The staff was warm, friendly and patient with our group. The food was tremendous and affordable, and I walked away feeling like the luckiest host in the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Gabriel's. You truly went above and beyond for us and we'll be forever grateful that we were able to spend time making memories in your lovely space.

A nice place to eat. Great pastries. It is counter service for dine in meals. The staff is friendly. The food is good. I am a big fan of the chicken and dumplings.

One caveat. The clientele skews older. They are busy after church, but not crazy.

This is not a hip eatery, but they just make good food in a nice environment.

I bought my wedding cake here. There selection is phenomenal (especially the strawberry cake). They have many other sweet & delicious treats & for a great price.
