La Carreta

Food was good but not what I expected from a Mexican restaurant. Most places you get chips and salsa when you sit down and here you had to pay for it which was so weird to me. Other than that the food was good. It has a little grocery store in it which was cool and we had fun looking at all the different foods.

LISTEN TO ME, do not walk RUN to La Carreta!! Do not be influenced by the exterior. The interior is very nice, extremely clean, really cold A/C, and super warm/friendly staff! Everything is hand made here! -from fresh squeezed by hand margaritas to hand made (with love) corn tortillas. The soups are to die for..slow cooked and made from scratch. Their house salad is the best fresh salad in all of Marietta. ...and their seafood, steak, and chicken are SO FLAVORFUL! Also the prices are very affordable!

This place continues to be my favorite spot in Marietta! All of their drinks and food are fresh! My husband and I go here almost every other week. It's convenient they are less than a mile from our house. I love their authenticity.

Ordered a chicken taco, pork taco and beef taco with rice and black beans. The chicken taco was excellent as were the rice and beans. I couldn't eat the other two tacos because I was already stuffed. I brought them home and will have them for dinner tonight. Also, the service was fast and friendly. Will certainly go back!

Excellent service! Casual, family friendly restaurant. Staff will make you feel right at home. Food is fresh, incredibly tasty, and will make you smile. Honestly, you'll have a hard time not enjoying yourself here.
