McDonald's

Very friendly productive staff....professional and seem to work well together. Restaurant is showing wear and tear and getting a bit dated however the customer service makes up for it. My only fault is the lack of cleanliness and often lacdasicalness shown when you report it's out of this or that and it needs attention. I think customers deserve a clean sanitary bathroom as it can make you turn around and walkout. The bathroom I'd shared with a BP station.

Updating my review to 5 stars! The renovations really helped this place. It looks a million times better, and I think the employees are able to enjoy themselves more, which makes for great customer service. Huge improvement!

This was the nicest MCDONALD'S I've ever enjoyed. Very new building and nice environment, with great service. Got just what I asked for - extra pickles.

Terrible customer service skills, management always act like they have an attitude, very unfriendly, and the quality of food as well as service is very terrible. I would not recommend this McDonald's to purchase a meal from to anyone. I would rather go to South Canton McDonald's where they have a more pleasant atmosphere great customer service and the friendliest staff. Most of the Time the Service is good.
Manager Ms. Anna is wonderful person she is very Helpfull and provides exactly what you order. She is very pleasant when taking the order. Under New Management this McDonald Service has improved drastically. I love fresh McDonald coffee. Keep up the good work. Wonderful indeed.
