(September 14, 2019, 9:16 pm)This particular McDonald's has been disappointing ever since the remodeling. I don't eat there often ' just 3 times in the last year. Each time has been something. Today I had to wait in the drive thru parking, which was fine, but the the breakfast sandwiches were not even fresh. Cheese not melted at all, little bacon and cold Mcmuffin....and I waited for that? Likely never going again.

(July 10, 2019, 1:21 am)I had vowed of never enter McDonald's again but hunger drove me there. The front end manager, a young black woman was assertive and took charge when the cashier could not figure out how to ring my order. She brought my hashbrowns to table and was extremely polite. Storr was recently rebuilt, exceptionally clean. Even though this was a very good experience I still remember the manager telling me she doesn't care after trying go swindle me...its been a year and I still haven't got my $3.95 refund. For 6 weeks I stopped by store and manager was always conveniently not there. This experience was at the Roswell/Old Canton RD store. This store was Lower Roswell and Johnson Ferry. Just cant best great service

(June 11, 2019, 10:01 pm)Wow! Can you please go train the McDonalds on Roswell Rd. and Old Canton. This crew was friendly, fast, got my order correct, and yes the big one, they put napkins in the bag! Keep it up, you are truly one of a kind in Georgia!
