The Manna House Cafe

Today was my first visit to this quaint little restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing. I would recommend all my friends and family to try out the Manna House Cafe. I will return to try the other items on the menu. Thanks for a wonderful experience and the host was truly welcoming. A special shout out to the cooks whom might I add are preparing fresh, cooked to order delicious meals. You guys rock.????????????????????????

Great food, great people and great atmosphere!! We were greeted immediately with a hug and a welcome to Manna house!! Our food took a little long to come out (the food was cooked when ordered) however we didnt mind. Being there was a all around blessing!! If ever in the area PLEASE stop by and get you some good food and a good hug!! Oh we ordered the whiting fish meal with mac n cheese and collard greens (It was delicious) and the 3 piece chicken meal with dressing and mac n cheese, which was also delicious!!

Everything about my experience today was amazing. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were sweetly greeted by Mother Theresa. I knew her by name as she is the star of most of the reviews I read before deciding to give this place a shot. She hugged me so tight...I felt the love. She shared details of the menu and helped me come to my choice of catfish nuggets, cornbread dressing, collard greens and mac n cheese. My husband got the fried porkchops, candied yams and fried green tomatoes. Everything was delicious and fresh. The catfish nuggets are a star. Nicely fried to a crisp and the collard greens were seasoned to perfection. The serving are plentiful and both my husband and I had more than enough to fill our bellies and bring some home. I haven't tasted the cake yet (carrot and caramel) as I am stuffed. Please try this place. Some of the best home cooking we've had and the service is simply amazing. Mother Theresa is a joy. She made me feel so good and welcome. I would go anywhere just to see her again.

I can’t express how amazing this place is. From great food to awesome service to cleanliness and reasonable prices. I go here every time I’m within an hours drive. Teresa has the kind of smile you love to see when you walk through the door and THE CATFISH.... I love fried catfish and order it often. This is one of the best orders I’ve ever had.

This place is amazing! Mother Theresa is phenomenal. The vibe in the restaurant is godly and they welcome you with open arms. I went into the restaurant with a heavy heart and left out feeling amazing and the food is great. I got the catfish and ate all of it the okra is great, EVERYTHING is great! I would definitely recommend this place.
