Tripoli Halal Meat

Every year for Christmas I make my mother-in-law’s very very old family recipe for figgy pudding. It calls for suet which is used a lot in England, but is very hard to find in Atlanta. If any stores even know what it is, they never have good fresh cuts. We called around to 15-20 butcheries until we found Tripoli. They keep suet, along with a huge array of typical and unusual cuts of meat, in their impeccably clean store. Their business model is thoughtful and inclusive, and the workers are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable too. They had super fresh suet that the butcher brought out in a huge chunk and cut for me right in front of me. The cleanest and freshest cuts I’ve ever seen - I was so thrilled! 10/10 would return. We plan to make more trips up to Marietta to support this lovely shop!

This is a great place! They have all the cuts you're familiar with and also have hard to find cuts like lamb neck, beef neck, offal etc. Mohammad and his employees are very knowledgeable. They are opening a covered dining area outside. Can't wait to give it a try. I feel lucky to live so close by.

Really nice place. The meet looks very good,I have here's few times for their Halal lunch and I would recommend the lamb ribs! Absolutely mouth watering.
The amount is also quite a lot, could easily be shared between two people.

Great quality meat and great service! We bought a whole lamb few months ago, we were very pleased with the taste and cut of the meat. We are definitely going back to get more lamb and we don’t mind driving an hour to get there. It totally worth it!
