Judy's Island Grill PSG

Food and service are both good. However, the portions are consistently small. I’ve been 4 times and I’m always disappointed with the small portions for the price. However, I do come for the tastiness and great service.... also it’s the closest place to my home.

I ordered the oxtails with rice and peas and plantains. I also ordered a whole Roti skin. The food was really tasty. The rice and peas had a great flavor. The plantains were sweet and not dried put. The oxtails were fantastic. My only problem was they only gave me 4 oxtails and they were not especially meaty. I would love a bigger serving of oxtails next time

Food was pretty decent, restaurant appeared to be clean, the set up is nice, they have a large menu to select from. Having to be honest...the experience was frustrating. The cashier was not informing of the menu or the increase in prices, Note: the menu it self, is pricey and it is not "clear about upcharges" on their side items under some of the meals that stated 2 items included (? I was overcharged nearly $6.00).
Not all but "most" of every young worker there had their masks below their chin, while behind the counter.
The hope is they will realize the importance of these issues, and if the customer has been over charged, address it properly at the time with the
customer and compensate accordingly.
As they are a new business in the area we hope they will be a great success!!

I came to this place during the grand opening and again yesterday, and listen when I say, THE FOOD IS AMAZING! There are plenty of Jamaican restaurants in Georgia, but not one like this. They have a unique menu. Crab cakes, lobsters tail etc... their food is packed with flavor and the service is incredible! I’m not sure the young man’s name who took my order, but he was incredibly friendly. I will be going back!

Outstanding service! The employees go above and beyond to assure you are pleased. I went 2 days back to back after the grand opening and was extremely satisfied both times. The food is authentic and gives you a home feeling. The customer service is unmatched, everyone is making sure you are happy. From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The music playing in the background is a plus. It’s not like other Jamaican spots, nothing like Golden Crust which is more commercial to me. I found a new spot to eat at regularly due to it being 5 minutes away from my resident. Try the Curry chicken , rice and peas, macaroni and cheese with cabbage. The oxtails is 19.99 and comes with 2 sides like all most meals, but they are top tier. Home made macaroni with a brown top, very cheesy! The okra is amazing as well and a healthy option. Highly recommended! Tell them Kee sent you, you won’t be disappointed.
