Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Same as the other three Golden Corral so I have attended. Same menu, mostly very good food, and everyone gets to eat what they want! Our favorite family restaurant.

You all get 5 stars for actually having cotton candy and the chocolate fountain working!!!!

This was our first time at this location. Our server (I cannot recall his name) was horrible. Within the first 20 minutes, he did not come to the table. When he finally came over, he asked what we were drinking and 10 minutes go by, he had not returned. I found the nearest person to voice my complaint. Within a few minutes, we were introduced to our new server (Lily) who was very nice and attentive. Manager Carolyn came over and apologized profusely for the previous server. She gave us free meals on our next visit. I am not just writing this bc we received free meals, but for the fact the staff was so quick in fixing this situation. This is what good customer service is about. Thank you Hospitality Manager, Carolyn and Lily.

Food was good. Of course it was packed because we went on a Sunday at 11. Which also meant the buffet price was much higher than usual. Overall not a bad experience.

This is the CLEANEST Golden Corral I've ever been to. The food was all hot, fresh, well kept, with surrounding areas kept wiped down. No messes. The server for our section never let our glasses get any less than half full. We had better service from him, than at some of the high end restaurants we've been to. I don't know if this location is new, just had a face lift, or is just well maintained, as this is not a restaurant I frequent. I'll go back again the next time we shop at Costco.
