    Great food and service. The prices are a little high, but on average for a great sub with chips and a drink. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

    I was traveling on business from FL and I was happy to see a Firehouse Subs in Douglas!!! It was very good and the service was great as well.

    I've had a great experience every time I've been. Today I ordered from the APP and it was ready on time. The sub was perfect and delicious. The staff is very friendly without being too friendly. The floors were clean as were the tables.

    Went on a lunch date, had some delicious sandwiches. I ordered a small Engineer, my date ordered a medium New York Steamer. The presentation of the food was great. It was delivered promptly to our table. Our cashier was very courteous and helpful. I will be dining here often in the future.
