Formosa's II Chinese Restaurant

The atmosphere of Formosa's II is warm and inviting. It's an older building, so the booths are a bit worn however, they have nice tables and chairs. I love the open floor and the lighting. The food comes in large portions, it's always hot and fresh. I've never had any issues with the food, or the service. The only thing that I would change is the fried rice which comes with the dinner plates to include vegetables and larger pieces of egg. Currently, they service brown rice with small pieces of egg, which is good; don't get me wrong, but in my opinion - it's a little bit on the bland side.

I had the Kings Duck dish. Very tasty, best I've had from different parts of the Country. Wait staff was very sweet young girl who has been in the USA 5 years. Spoke very good English. Beautiful restaurant on the inside too. My 4th visit... It's very good every time. My wife and 10yr old son agree.

Delicious as always! For an additional $3.50 you can turn any entree into a "Full Dinner" with soup, an appetizer, & dessert. And we always have enough leftovers for at least one more family meal.

First time going. Didn't know what to expect. Turns out it was worth it. Me and my child order the family dinner with 2 different entrees. It also came with two things of rice, soup, egg roll, and drink. Cool thing is about the drink is my kid got sweet tea and I got wine. Freaking wine. The combo comes with one glass of house wine. Hey, house or not, you throw in alcohol and I'm in. Overall, 4 stars. The food was very good. The service was excellent. If you get the regular combo meal it comes with ice cream. So take advantage of that. We basically came home with 8 meals for $50. Kind of hard to beat that. Well worth the trip if you're out that way.
