Tried the bunless burger. It's about as good as you can get without the bread.

Standard Five Guys fare. The people are courteous. I have a tendency to go when it's empty, so I don't know how they handle a rush.

Great burgers but have started skimping on the fries. Very expensive so at least give a decent amount of fries since I'm always ordering $30 worth of food or more.

Employees are just so-so on average. There are a few that say thank you when you tip them and others that can't bother to even address you or say thank you.

Management needs to hang around more often to witness some of the behavior of their employees. I'm sure they would have fired a few of them by now.

Food was great as usual. I had a minor problem with an order in the past and the management / owner fixed it and made it right, which I thought showed the ownership very much cares about their customers. I order and pay online then pickup, and think their system is very user friendly. The banging of the metal chairs by the employee sweeping up in the dining area everytime she moved a chair would have been annoying if I was dining in, but I wasn't there long. I credit Five Guys with best burger and fries in town for me.

I will say that the food was not quite up to the Five Guys standards, but the service was pretty decent. I just ordered their famous Cajun fries and the sistah looked at me like, "That's it?" I had already gotten a sandwich from a place next door, and despite my suggestion to corporate, Five Guys will not do a turkey burger and their veggie "burger" is just the regular toppings minus the burger. But she treated me like a queen and even accommodated my unusual request of grilled mushrooms. It was to provide more protein and heft to my sandwich next door. The crew worked efficiently and got all their orders right. The fry guy was especially focused. While the sandwich prep guy and cashier engaged in light banter, brother man was focused on his job. That is actually refreshing to see in the service industry where it is not uncommon for coworkers to continually engage in conversation while the customer is standing there or, worse, be in their phones. So, high fives to the crew. The fries were just okay and it seems like they may have changed their seasoning. Used to be so good, I wanted to buy the whole bottle to use the seasoning at home.
