    The best meal I’ve eaten, hands down. Entertaining, imaginative, delicious, and refined without being stuffy. My only hope is that Inicio doesn’t become so sought-after that reservations are never available. Truly wonderful dining experience.

    It was sensational. They've thought of your whole experience. It's not just a meal, it's an immersion in the history and being sustainable.

    The staff and chef gave us the best explanation of why each pairing was created for each course. Would highly recommend

    Exceptional meal and experience from start to finish. The excitement that both the chef and the staff have for this concept was evident in the quality of the food, attentiveness to service, and in the small touches scattered throughout the meal. Easily the best dining experience we have had in the area to date.
