Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Only stopped for an iced tea, but it was fine, staff were friendly & efficient, and the bathroom and the store were clean. The store looked like it had been recently renovated.

We were first in line when we went in for lunch. Service was very slow and it was quite obvious the drive through business was receiving top priority for expedited service. Perhaps they were short on help. When we finally had our order taken, our food was promptly presented to us. Bojangles chicken is always good-no complaints at all with quality of food. Management needs to work to better serve the dine-in customers.

Line was fast, people were friendly, food was hot and fresh. They just did some updates to the building and it looks nice and more up to date. Everything you want out of a quick service experience.

For health reasons, I modified my food choices to low fat items. In many cases, this also means less flavor, but this is not so when it comes to Bojangles roasted chicken bites. They are low fat since they are boneless, skinless thigh meat. They then get a delicious marinade to add a great flavor to them before they are broiled to perfection. Combine these with some hot and tasty seasoned fries and it is a meal made in heaven.
