(February 14, 2019, 1:37 am)Pretty good tasting, clean and friendly customer service. Price seems to be creeping up. So value isn't great but not overly expensive either. Much more in sub than places like Jimmy John's.

(December 8, 2018, 6:09 pm)Ordered for my staff an hour ahead of time and was given a pickup time. Food was not ready and with only one customer in the store. Order to 25 minutes to complete after I got there on time. Manager seemed aggravated with staff and wasn’t pleasant to me. Never smiled the whole time I was there. Could not complete my order because they ran out of roast beef. Another family came in to order and was never spoken to and ended up leaving. I was given my order with instructions of what was in the box but never a thank you for my business nor an apology for it not being ready on time. This was my first time here so I’m not sure if the food is good. Any business is only as good as the people running your business. There is no team work that I can see happening here and I have managed people for 30 years. Disappointing!
