    We stopped in Adel for the night on our way home, and found it a bit strange in that most of the restaurants close at 2 pm?? Anyway, China House was open, and we wanted a fresh healthy meal, and they did not disappoint. We had seafood and veggies, and it was a huge portion that was steaming hot and delicious.     Its decent Chinese food for the area. I've had better in nearby larger cities. They do greet you with a smile. And the buffet always look appetizing.
