Domino's Pizza

we use them alot. always great service.. some how our order got mixed up and we had to wait and extra 20 min. Manager comped our order. no big deal, and we will continue to use them! great staff!

Ordered a Deep dish pizza, parmesan bites, and a two liter of sprite. Pizza and bites were delivered and tasted great. The driver did not have the sprite. When my wife nicely asked if she had brought the sprite, the driver said we did not order one. My wife nicely said we did, it was part of the online coupon we used. The diver said she would look and see if she left it in the car and bring it up or go get one from the restaurant and bring it back. She seemed to go to her car for a short amount of time and leave with out saying anything to my wife and I. We assumed she was going to get the 2 liter. An hour and a half later we had still not received it. We called the restaurant told them the situation and they gave us store credit for a 2 liter and breadsticks, but really did not seem to care about our complaint at all. They told my wife that she should just be happy with store credit, then proceeded to hang up. We still enjoyed our night and our pizza but come on just don’t lie to us about something you have no intention of doing. We, honestly, don’t care if you forget something. It happens, but take responsibility for your actions and just keep going. Use the one on Baker Road. Never had a problem with them.
