Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Patty our server was polite, friendly and was prompt and correct on our request. Even boxed up half of our stuff up for us and then handed the rest of the boxes to us, which I thought was kinda of odd. Over all a good birthday experience even though the dessert we choose wasn't anything like a brownie as described. Go and check it out for yourself.

Service was great, ask for Brittany if you go. Food was good, fast, and warm. Of course it's not "real" Italian food, but not bad. Again, service made the meal.

Fantastic experience. So pleased to find excellent customer service in a day and time where that is rare. I was having issues placing my order online (no idea what was going on with the website, but it was insane), and I called in frustration and explained my situation and that I had gift cards and wanted to pay online so my son could run in and pick up the order without me having to get out (I was feeling under the weather). Both the girl who answered the phone and the manager were so exceptional. They took excellent care of me and really went above and beyond. They were patient and gracious and very eager to help any way they could! Way to go! That’s how you get loyal customers! Thanks a million for making my experience seamless after a day full of things not going my way.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The customer service was exceptional. My waitress Lizzie was the absolute best!!! I haven’t had a waitress that friendly, attentive, and just overall exceptional in a very long time. Will definitely visit this establishment again.

Good food and great service. We ordered take out and were tended too the entire time we waited. Never had an empty glass. The order was reviewed for accuracy before we accepted the order. They even helped my wife create a custom off menu item she wanted.
