Beautiful historic home event facility. Quaint for showers and dinner parties.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Like something out of a southern novel. I recently attended a bridal shower there and fell in love with the home. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.

We had our “perfect” wedding at Lillian Gardens on March 25, 2017.
    The Staff and Decor:
Julio and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Ashley and the staff at Lillian Gardens. Ashley and her team were extremely professional and provided over the top customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. It's because of Ashley and the staff at Lillian Gardens that we even had a wedding at all! We had less than three months to plan a wedding that would host 170 guests. With one phone call, Ashley came in and saved the day! Within weeks, her staff put together a portfolio of lovely flowers, décor, linens, etc. Everything was perfectly decorated down to the smallest of details. The decorations, linen, flowers, food, etc. for the ceremony and reception were amazing. and we knew we were in good hands. We received wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely and creative the decorations were...especially the flowers and bouquets, lighting and the arrangements around the aisle! Most importantly, Ashley and the staff at Lillian Gardens made us feel right at home in their venue. We have already recommended Lillian Gardens to our friends!
    The Venue:
This venue is the epitome of southern charm. It is everything you would want for any wedding theme. The old antebellum home has an amazing ballroom and each room has its own personality. The quaint gardens are perfectly tended too. Everytime you turn around there is something new and beautiful that you may have missed the first time you looked.
    The Food:
Lillian Gardens has their own in house catering. We were BLOWN away by how wonderful the food was and so were our guests.
    The Owner:
Ashley is great at what she does and she treats you like a family member! She is known for her professionalism by other vendors and is a joy to work with (just ask them!) She made every person in our wedding party feel special and has a way of providing those "special touches" to each and every event she plans. She provided a prompt response throughout the wedding planning process. She listened to me, took my vision and gave us the most beautiful wedding day ever. The most important part is, she made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing which was definitely needed since we were expecting a little one.
To sum it up, our wedding day was more than we could have ever hoped for.

My husband and I had our wedding at Lillian Gardens on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Ashley and her staff were accommodating to our every wish and made our day extra special. The property is gorgeous and was the perfect size for our wedding. Our guests and photographers were very complementary of the venue's many special touches that can only be found in a historical home. If you're looking for a unique venue for the wedding or event of your dreams, check out Lillian Gardens. You won't be disappointed.

I was here for a wedding I was in. It's a cute wedding venue, but needs a lot of work. To start their wedding planner/coordinator is very overbearing and rude. There were multiple times I was wanted to tell her to get over herself. If she was my wedding point person I would have fired her. Their air conditioning system can't keep up with the Georgia heat. When you're wearing a floor length bridesmaids dress and the bride is in her dress we were sweating instantly. Our makeup had started to sweat off and our dresses were covered in sweat. We had to have people go out and buy us box fans just to make it through the morning and afternoon. It was awful! The bridal suite isn't set up well for the girls that do hair and makeup. The room is dark with only incandescent lighting. Anyone that knows anything about makeup knows they need natural light to make sure they are matching color correctly. Unfortunately the area where the makeup artists set up is off in a corner away from what little natural lights enters that area. The ceremony area outside had the bridal party standing in dirt or uneven rocks under a tree. Luckily we all chose to wear flats, so it didn't end up disastrous. They could use more restrooms, there are three individual bathrooms for guests which is not enough for a wedding of 100+ guests. It's a cute little venue for a smaller type wedding. Like I said though, they have a lot of work to do to make it better.
