Starbucks

The drive thru was busy but that’s to be expected considering the lobby is closed & it’s Christmas Eve, Eve. Despite the afternoon rush Amelia (I think that was her name, I really hope it’s close enough, if not, so she gets the recognition she deserves!!) was pleasant as ever! She was just so sweet and very apologetic about the wait. Would 10/10 recommend this Starbucks because of her.

I didn’t get the name of the gentleman I spoke too on the phone when I called to ask a question but he was nice and helpful! Definitely stopping by to see them tomorrow and get the special promotion :)

I just wanted to reach out to the Starbucks family to send my commendation for one of your Partners at Starbucks (1200 Bullsboro Dr., Newnan, GA, 30265).
Her name is Miranda, a barista and beautiful ray of sunshine at the store.

Miranda provided exceptional customer-service to me, and went above-and-beyond to make me feel cared for. She was kind and compassionate from the start! For starters, she greeted me with a vibrant voice, and a warm smile that could light-up even the darkest days.
She was very friendly, as she used phrases such as “Thank you so much for choosing Starbucks”, which truly made me feel cared for and appreciated.

I am definitely a customer for life! I hope you recognize the Starbucks Partners who take the time to render expressions of care for everyone, everywhere.
