Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was good but food was just ok....you know what you are getting with this chain so I wasn't disappointed.......

We wanted burgers & they came out hot & fresh. They advertised unlimited fries, & when we ordered the 2nd round, they came out hot as well. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly, & helpful. Will definitely go back.

They were very understaffed and many customers walked out because it wasnt busy, plenty of seating but the wait was very long because of their situation. I gave 4 stars because even though they were understaffed they did everything they could to accommodate us and our order was spot on and food was awesome! People show their true colors under pressure and this crew shined when they were struggling while being short handed

For a long time I had lost faith in this hometown staple, however my mind has been changed. The last three visits to Applebee's has been over exceptional. From the hostess, to waitress, to the manager, my family and I had an exceptional visit. The manager personally visited each table (from what I could tell) to make sure everything came out correct. I appreciate this. I will definitely be returning!

This Applebees had plenty of good food, and had an amazing waiter! My waiter was very nice and helped me with whatever I needed. My dinner was brought to my table fast, and I was so full, that I couldn't eat anymore! Thank you for the great customer service!
