Ruby Tuesday

EDITED: I have edited the star rating and amended my review. I was critical in my review and since posting I have gone back and was very impressed as to the changes that were made. The place really got their act together. BRAVO TO THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF FOR MAKING MUCH NEEDED CHANGES.

This is the dirtiest Ruby Tuesday I’ve been in. I can only hope the kitchen area is kept cleaner than the salad bar or bathroom. When I quietly Suggested to the Manager that the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while... he got defensive and said he cleaned it himself last night. Look at the pictures of built up dirt and grime! Gross! The salad bar had bad mushrooms and translucent (past their prime) cucumbers. We had finished our second plate from the salad bar and the waitress said “would we like our check” and I said not yet. You forgot to bring us our ribs. Wow! Corporate needs to come down for a surprise visit.

I know it is hard to find good help. I get it. But when we entered I went to the bathroom and came back out and my party still was not seated. Then I go to get pics of the bathroom to share what the Manager calls clean and the hostess was hanging out in the bathroom talking on the phone! How about cleaning it or at least turning off the faucet you left on!

Service there is great. My son loves it. We go there for restaurant night almost every week

Salad bar has extensive options to make your custom salad. We had the sliders with loaded mashed potatoes. The potatoes were a bit runny but the toppings were good. Our server was attentive and always had a smile. The restaurant was clean. The tablecloths were a bit worn but still clean. Enjoyed our dinner.

The food was very good, we typically stop in after shopping at the outlets. The place is clean and our waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable. She made some awesome recommendations. Beware of the Bangin Shrimp, they're good but high calorie. I think they need to have the calories listed for all items on the menu.

I love this place. Atmosphere is welcoming and mellow. Garden bar is a must, and why I choose this place over other American eateries. Wonderful service from Cody, he even offered us a coupon left behind by another patron. Kids eat free on Tuesdays and I highly recommend signing up for their coupons/ emails online. I think Ruby Tuesday is definitely underrated and I love that there is one so close to home.
