    Needed more sauce on Barbecue.
This was our first time. Plan to go back. The meat had a vinegary taste. Maybe they should add a bread and butter pickle slice with the sandwich.

I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. Both were awesome with their BBQ sauce in the brown bottle for my sandwich. The onion rings needed nothing. I tried my boyfriend's coleslaw. He liked it it but me it need something. I also tried their fries and while they weren't super crispy, they had great flavor. Oh and the iced tea was really good (no sugar) and the service was good.

The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The wait was very short for the food! I would definitely recommend this establishment!

I love a good brisket and Hoss’s BBQ has just that. The brisket sandwich is by far my favorite meal. It is moist and seasoned/cooked to perfection. No sauce needed. I can’t forget the loaded baked potato I had as a side it was delicious as well. Thank you Hoss BBQ for a great meal and great service.

3 Stars at best with benefit of doubt...
I was really hoping this place would be great. We do not haveca great assortment of places in Bainbridge.
    Prices are competitive.
Fried Pork chop was so tough it was hard to cut (all breading came off and chewey).
Pull pork was fair but not as good as Sonys but same price.
    Fried Green Tomatoes were great.
Brunswick stew was only fair, only fair (lacked the sweet ... added a bit od katsup and it was better).
    Problems:
FIRST .. for a southern town, the served Yankee sweet tea! I mean barely sweet. 1st sip stopped me and my wife mid swallow. We had to ask if it was sweet she gave us.
Later she returned and said the resweetened tea, my second glass was no better! FAIL ON TEA, only Coke products.
SECOND: Most people like BBQ, and but most have a different taste gor BBQ Sauce (Regular, Sweet, Hot). This place has one, its simply Bad. Tasted like cheap generic sauce you can buy by the gallon... possibly added a little hot sauce, it was heated a bit.
OVERALL: I myself do not see this place making it unless there are simply enough loyal fans to come weekly. Myself, I'll wait 6 months and try again.
