Bussin Jerk ATL

I just discovered them from the taste of Mableton event and THAT JERK PHILLY WAS PERFECTION.

I couldn’t find a flaw if I tried. The chicken was so juicy yet crispy. Seasoned but not overly done. The perfect ratio of chicken to sandwich. Like, there’s nothing that could have been done better. Cuz THAT BREAD.. THAT COCO BREAD THO. That tasted freshly made. That’s not no store bought bread them other ppl be doing. That’s skill. That’s technique. That’s PASSION. I wish I had two stomachs cuz I really needed to experience that again same setting.

I also liked that the fries were REAL and fresh cut. I know the difference cuz those fries survived being carried from the event to back home to me for me to try and they were still great even while cold. Premade fries don’t do that.

Back to that sandwich tho, I need another asap.

My family ordered Jerk Chicken Coco Bread Philly, Oxtail Eggrolls, Bussin wings/Jerk Lemon Pepper Wow! This food is amazing. Not to mention the Jerk Chicken Nachos. The food was exceptionally delicious, the service, the ambiance. I can’t wait to visit again. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. That was a very satisfying meal. Go grab you something to eat. You will not be disappointed.

I came here with my partner! I'm new to authentic Jamaican foods and everything here was delicious! Nothing was incredibly spicy, but rather extremely flavorful!

As a side note - the French Fries are addictive! Every single bite has a resounding and satisfying crunch. 🤤

The CocoBread Philly is *amazing*. The jerk seasoning is authentic and delicious without relying on spiciness for flavor.

The Jerk wings are CRISPYYYYYYY and large !

The Oxtail Eggroll is very crispy on the outside but very soft on the inside (They ARE NOT cheap with the oxtail gravy iykwim)

We had the jerk chicken nachos and they were pretty good. They could use a little more cheese on them but otherwise they're pretty tasty. The oxtail egg rolls are whats really great! It was very good! I was expecting 2 egg rolls because that's what pictures showed online. However, it was 1 for $9, but it's a nice size egg roll so i can look past it. Lol
I'll definitely go back for the egg roll!
1 piece of advice: get there within the first hour that they open so you can have the option to choose from the whole menu. We got there a little past an hour after they opened and by the time we made it to the front they were sold out of the Phillies!!! We really wanted to try that! They should definitely bring a little more so they can offer all the items throughout the time they're there.
Other than them running out of stuff so early it was a good experience and that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
I'll definitely be going back for the egg rolls!!!!
