(June 11, 2019, 1:58 am)The day crew is one of the best I have seen. They are always pleasant and work very hard in making a great sandwich. They handle the crowds with ease. If the line is long don’t leave. You will get your food quickly.

I love the sandwiches, and am always happy with my food, but what I cannot understand is why the people who work here are always so rude. Even the manager is rude. I get the distinct impression that they are not happy I am ordering from their establishment. And once is fine, but it's every time I go in. I don't ask for anything special, and I always let them dress my sub mikes way. I don't get it. So if I come across one in a different part of town, I'll go there. It's sad I hesitate to go to the one in my own neighborhood.
