(July 7, 2018, 11:02 pm)La Norteña is located inside Plaza Fiesta food court, main menu is Mexican food, but, I have been here several times mostly for the side "Arepa Bar" that have a limited menu of Venezuelan food, my favorites are the white cheese and shredded beef empanadas.
