Restaurant clean inside and out especially during lunch rush. Customer service was good however lacked enthusiasm from the young lady behind the register inside. Disappointed no tray dining in nor asked my preference. Hope their bags can be recycled! ????
Every McDonald's is different yet Stanley the same. Went here in the way to the Ronald McDonald House. Got two quarter pounder meals and one cheese burger happy meal. The food was ok nothing great. But the service was horrid. The gentleman at the front counter wasn't rude exactly but did not make me feel welcome. There was a gentleman in front of my with two children. The cashier was nice polite and friendly as soon as I got to counter he became stand offish and rigid. He walked the food to the gentleman in front of me as soon as it was put up on counter. My food sat there for maybe 10 minutes while he walked back and forth doing odds and ends things. The manager walked in from outside and noticed my food and asked why it was still sitting there then he gingerly picked up the food and called my number. I don't know why the attitude but it made me feel some type of way. Would not visit again if I saw him behind the counter.
I really like this McDonald's. They are in a convenient place for my commute home and always serve hot food. I especially like how they make the apple pies. For whatever reason, they taste better than other McDonald's.
This is the best McDonalds I've been to in a long time. The service was prompt, the food fresh and the bathroom was clean. The staff were also friendly and professional. Five stars isn't enough.
