Food is made to order, so be prepared to wait.

Hits: regular fried chicken, or crispy. Fried boneless THIGHS, which I personally think is the GOAT. Sandwich is surprisingly good, as is the salad.

Misses: fries are crispy but dry. If you ordered fried boneless BREASTS thinking that it would be good, you’d be wrong—very wrong.

Today was my 4th time visited here and I have got Fried chicken with Level 2 sauce, Cup chicken with Honey Garlic sauce, Seasoned Fries, and Mac & cheese bites so far....Honestly, I have tried other Korean Fried chickens but this place is my favorite place!! Also, they have various side menus so you have to try them!! Especially, seasoned Fries & Mac & cheese bites my favorite!! Cashier always kind and helpful to choose the menu and they informed that they cook fresh chicken so it takes a little time (15min to 20min) but the waiting time is not problem for me.:)

Those reviews that state it took a while for their food to come out; let's preface that with the fact that they had just opened and were working out the kinks. Better now.

As for the food, pretty excellent imo. Cup chicken is fantastic. Truffle fries smell great!

Got two cup chickens: honey garlic and sweet spicy level 2 flavor. The chicken itself has a good crisp crunch with good flour. The flavors are good but not anything different from other Korean chicken places. We got two peliades (sparkling juice): orange and lemon. The orange is bubbly and refreshing but the lemon one tasted weird. It had a slight salty taste to it? It’s flavors closely resembles lime instead of lemon, it had slices of lime in it so maybe that somehow overpowered the flavor in the lemon drink. Each drink were $5 each and each cup chicken were $8 each.

Very delicious and the staff here is so helpful! My friend has a nut allergy, and a lot of times Korean fried chicken has peanut powder in the coating. The staff found the ingredients bag and read it to us, and another confirmed with the manager that no other ingredients were added. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy delicious chicken.

We got the half and half sauce, with half garlic and half sweet and spicy level 2. The level 2 was a perfect spice level. Our favorite of the two was the garlic- it was sweet and savory.

My only downside to this is that the food court itself is very crowded, and items take a while to cook. We got the food to go and thankfully the box had a hole in the top so that the chicken was still crispy when we got home (20+ minutes later).
