PONKO Chicken

Better than expected. The fried chicken was tender, flavorful, and crispy. The rice serving size was adequate although it seems tiny in the container. Rice was nice and sticky the way I like it. My dinner partner really enjoyed the tacos but thought they were overpriced at $10 for 3 small tacos. The plain grilled chicken was pretty good and seemed mildly teriyaki flavored. They made an error with my order but promptly made corrections. Will likely return but probably not often. There’s no patio but there is outdoor seating. They have a few outdoor tables with chairs.

Cool atmosphere and very unique chicken! I would recommend that you try this place!

I will say, I enjoyed the presentation and flavors of everything I ate, but the texture of the chicken still felt and tasted like low quality, bleached white meat chicken.

The food here is seriously another experience like no other. Best chicken I’ve EVER had. ANY time I’m in the area I will ALWAYS make time to stop by. The staff are amazing and the whole vibe is just incredible. I just can’t express how crazy it is that the price is super affordable and so freaking DELICIOUS.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHICKEN IVE EVER HAD EVER! Green beans were also probably the best I’ve ever had. Sweet potato fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. Rice was sooo good. Amazing food for an AMAZING price. The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff was very friendly. Our food came out quick as well (despite the restaurant being very busy). Overall I’d say it was a 10/10 experience. :)

They have the type of crispy sweetness, savory goodness, sticky rice without the icky kind of food that you will dream about and wake up in hot sweats! Only to find out that the one by you closed down and years later they reopen at this very location!

The pankco chicken is amazing! I like the blend of the original mixed with the spicy and of course the sticky rice and the salad are just perfect together in a combo!
