Good food but terribly run. They keep canceling my orders without any explanation.

They have a great delicious vegan food

First let me say that the food is always delicious. Last night I had an awful experience with Uber Eats when ordering from Veganaire... I ordered my food, was notified of the wait time, waited for about 30-35 minutes, checked and saw that the driver was there waiting for the food to be ready for him to pick up and deliver to me. No more than 10 minutes later I received a notification that my order was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. But I had already waited long enough that the restaurant should've known that they couldn't fulfill my order so naturally I called to see what the issue was. The person that answered the phone informed me that my food was not only ready but sitting and waiting to be picked up so he had no idea why it would have been cancelled. I tried to find a solution in the Uber Eats app with no success so I called back to ask if I could just come pick.up my own order and pay in person, he said yes and that's what I did. Already irritated because I waited for my food and was concerned it was now going to be cold, I didn't think this would be a pleasant visit. However, when I arrived to pick up and pay for my order I was told not to worry about it and to just have a good night!! How awesome is that??? Veganaire tool it upon themselves to rectify the situation that they had nothing to do with to make sure I ended with a great experience ☺️ Highly recommend a business that puts the customer first!!
