C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar, Brookhaven

A weekly visit to get great service & amazing food with bartender Luis. Luis has the most authentic personality that loves to serves his guests with pride and pleasure. Everything on the menu won’t disappoint. My favorite it’s the chargrilled oysters with delicious Brussels sprouts. When visiting sit at the bar area ask for Luis to get an amazing experience at CS&S.

We recently went there for a date night and it was exceptional. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. We got a lovely booth in the corner which my wife and I loved. Omarris was our server and I cannot express how refreshing it is to have someone who is knowledgeable of the menu and beyond, but who provided warmth, fun, and jokes with superb service. The food was fabulous. We started with raw oysters, and after putting our order in, Omarris recommended getting some PEI because he felt we were missing out on some of the best they had available. They ended up being my wife’s favorite of the evening, so again, thank you! My seabass was done incredibly well as was my wife’s grouper. We absolutely will be back!

Went on Mother's Day . I have been several times before. Food is always amazing. Service was not great. The staff forgot things. Asked for refill on water 3 times . Had to ask for the bread. They ran out of the cloth napkins. At times, we had to ask where the waitress was. We sat outside, and it was peaceful.

Parking is valet so no worries there! $3 at that so top tier!

Easy to find location and cute.

Greeted at the front by 2 host that were superb young Caucasian guy and young brown skin girl so sweet.

Patricia was my waitress and a delight! Absolutely one of the best I've ever had!

Started with cranberry bread and another one that were yummy! Whipped butter whipped just right!

10/10 chargrilled happy hour oysters! Came piping hot, flavorful and the hot sauce was one I never heard of. I'm particular but I loved it!

8/10 risotto lobster rice it lacked a little flavor but a good decent and full of lobster.

Blueberry refresher was refreshing! Sitting on the patio was a win!

I absolutely love this place and will return!
