Fox Bros Barbecue

I had a great dinner at Fox Bros on Saturday night. The BBQ is a dry rub so it wasn't dripping in sauce and there were a few options on the table, so dealer's choice.

They were originally out of one of the sides that I wanted, but the workers were very attentive and notified me when a fresh batch was ready. I really appreciated that level of customer service.

The inside feels a bit sterile in the execution, but it was definitely clean, friendly, and tasty.

Only reason food isn't getting a 5 star review is because it felt a little pricey for the value.

Pulled pork is pretty good. Runs $5 per quarter pound. If you get a sandwich including one side, it’s $10. The sides leave a lot to be desired. The potato salad is too mustardy, Cole slaw was tasteless. Maybe the collards or Mac ‘n cheese would be better choices. The outdoor area is a nice touch.

4.5 stars… the ribs were really good, the pulled pork sandwich, unfortunately was a bit dryer than usual. The cost is on the higher side, so don’t come here looking for value meals or special deals. The Mac and cheese was pretty solid. They do not have a soda machine, so you will pay by the can, but tea is an option. Overall a clean, modern looking place. It’s suitable for small and large groups. It was a little over 40 dollars for a pork sandwich, half a rack of ribs, 2 individual sides and 2 drinks.

So, today I made this awesome decision to treat my team to a scrumptious lunch, and guess what? We all unanimously decided to go for BBQ! Oh man, let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of six, and we had so many options to choose from. Personally, I went for the smoked turkey, and it was it delicious! But you know what really took it to the next level? The spice sauce! It just added that perfect kick of flavor that I absolutely loved. Now, my team, they went all out and loaded themselves up with all these amazing side dishes. Of course, being the curious foodie that I am, I had to try them all, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Although, I have to admit, the green beans were a tad bit heavy on the salt. But hey, overall, it was a fantastic experience and we all had a great time together!
