    I have eaten that several of the kitchen in Little Chinatown and by far China Kitchen is the best this is a hidden treasure Chinese food restaurant I drive all the way from south of the perimeter to eat here

    This establishment is part of the Chinatown food court - and a veritable hidden gem for AUTHENTIC Chinese food. The proprietor is a excellent chef - and I have never been disappointed with ANY of his recommendations. I especially enjoy his cooking. Order your entrée(s), and it comes with complimentary soup (hot and sour, or mixed-veggies-tofu) and complimentary rice.
    I have been back sampling different dishes but my favorite is still the dry-fried cumin-spiced fish with veggies. I can't wait to try many other dishes! China Kitchen truly serves AUTHENTIC CHINESE CUISINES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Went for the soup dumplings, was disappointed. Not filled with a lot of soup/ popped before we could eat them. Their other food was pretty good and it's located in a plaza/ food court where there's a ton of options as well. Self serve unlimited rice :)

    If you're looking for General Tso's Chicken then you're in the wrong place.

    If, however, you want a genuine experience in basic Chinese cuisine then this is the spot for you.

    It's the anti-buffet.

    Enjoy.
