China Hot Pot 大唐火锅

From the moment we walked in, we knew we picked a great spot to eat. Very traditional Chinese flavors. Service was fast and very friendly. Pricing is great as you are able to order extras of everything. For two people, we paid only 58 dollars. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and plan on making it a regular place to go for lunch.

I've been to 샤부샤부 and other hot pots, but I think this one is my favorite so far. My sister recommend here for my girl friend's 21st birthday and I loved it. Their meats are freshly cut and is super fresh. The staffs are also so kind that you will feel loved here. I highly recpmmend!

Good hotpot place, definitely our favorite we've been too. Unfortunately it is pretty expensive and coming here is going to be easily $30+ per person. I'm going to have to change my review to 3 stars for the way the place prices things. A table of 8 people is going to cost $240 before drinks, extra charges, before tips, and it's the same amount of food unless you order an insane amount of food. Honestly I'm really not sure how you justify could even justify the pricing it really is too expensive.

The pot types are all really good and it's a great experience, the sauce bar is great too. Recommend if your okay with the price

One price ($27 per person) AYCE cook your own in hotpot of broth. When we arrived, there were 4 other tables. After we sat down and picked the protein and vegetables we would like, we waited 25 minutes to get our raw meats and vegetables. Must have been some kind of mess up as the tables that arrived 20 minutes after us got theirs within 5 minutes. We ordered the spicy broth and the regular broth. Even though I like spicy foods, the spicy broth is the numbing broth so you can't really taste anything after that. We noticed that everyone would order doubles and triples of the same thing and we realized why because we were very conservative when ordering the first round and when we tried to get more, it took forever. The meats are cut paper thin and each order had six very thin slices of meat and after cooking, it shrivels into nothing. It took forever to get refills and we got tired of waiting so we finally gave up and left. Our favorite was cuttlefish balls, fish tofu, lamb, beef and pork. Did not like the fish. Was fun experience and would be better if they weren't so stingy. Charge more if you feel like you're not making money but with the paper thin slices they serve -- for 5 plates of meat -- there was barely 2 ounces of meat served total.

This is the best hot pot in the city and it is a buffet.

Having been to a dozen hot pot places all over the city and in Duluth, I can not think of a better place to eat hotpot. The service is good, and they don't skimp out on the meat when you ask for more.

You can't go wrong with beef or lamb!
