Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

A home away from home. Good meals to choose from. Very friendly and courteous attendants. Well positioned restaurant. I Will recommend to friends.

Felt like nobody cared. Sat down and ordered and as soon as we got our salad we got our dinner. Not good. Want to enjoy our salad first. Told them to take back the dinner and let us eat our salad. Brought our dinner again after about 10 minutes. Not cool. Our dinner was not hot and was the same they brought us the first time. Server brought the manager over and he acted like he didn't care either. Like we were being a pain. Too bad. We want hot and fresh food. We were the only ones that dinner was brought out as soon as the salad was served. Server wasn't paying attention to us. No drink refills and had to ask for more of everything. When manager brought us our food it did taste very good, but still uncaring. I'm glad I dont live here because I would never go back. Ladies by the front door or the manager couldn't even bother to tell us to have a good evening and come back. I guess its the area. Atlanta Georgia. On Ashford Dunwoody Road. Unfriendly.

Olive Garden, has good quality food. I usually go for lunch and get lunch portions. The service is good and for all the food you get the price is just right. With soup or a salad and those glorious oven baked garlic bread sticks,you can't go wrong.

The food was good, but the service at this chain of restaurants, in my opinion, has become very wanting. It's the second Olive Garden that I have eaten it in the past three months, the first being out West. In both locations, neither of the waitresses had any desire to remove our dirty dishes from the table... not even salad & soup bowls between courses. There are Busboys in this business, so I don't know if the wait staff expect the Busboys to clear all the plates. It wasn't just my table in either place that was cluttered, it was the entire station they had. So I see this as a real lack of customer service.
