“Had dinner at the bar on Tuesday evening. Service was excellent, beer and food were both delicious. Had the Smoked Sausage Hoagie with Collard Greens and I had to take home half of the sandwich as it was too much to eat in one sitting. Good value and great atmosphere! My one star deduction is for the unfortunate too short height of the bar stool vs the bar height. If that is ever corrected, it will earn another star.”

“This is hands down the best place to take the family for pizza or an Italian dinner. They have several seating options, both indoors and outdoors, along with a tv sitting area for the kids and a wall sized chalk board for them to draw their art on while they wait for their meals or for the parents to finish theirs. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the food is absolutely amazing!! You will not be disappointed when you give Vintage a try, that I can guarantee. Their prices are also very perfectly priced as they definitely are not like a lot of these family restaurants who seem like they are strictly money driven and almost rob you for one meal alone. I have been recommending this place since the day I first tried them out to everyone that I know. We will definitely be coming back here frequently.”

“I love this restaurant! When the food is good, it’s outstanding! Tonight not so good. The rice wasn’t cooked. It had that bite to it when your rice isn’t cooked right. I had ordered a large dinner and the sticky mango rice dessert. That rice wasn’t even cooked and missing the extra dessert drizzle they also add. My avocado had black spots. The dinner tasted so bland and the meat was over cooked, tough. It gave me the impression that the owner wasn’t there so the love wasn’t there in my $27 dinner. Just saying that you guys need to be consistent and you will be great ! I will come back. But please stop making me gamble on my dinner. ????”

“It was all quite good. I had calamari fritti that was perfectly prepared, and I preferred the aioli dip to the marinara even though the marinara was tasty. My wife had a wedge salad that was more than just a wedge of lettuce with dressing. She normally prefers elaborate salads, and praised it. She had the risotto dish of the day with shrimp, scallops, and mussels. I had a taste and liked it. I ordered the gnocchi special, which was creamy and flavourful. Since it was my birthday, we split a slice of chocolate mousse cake. I definitely think Carbonara Trattoria is worth it. It's not inexpensive, but I shall happily return for celebrations.”

Sandwich had good bread and a great flavor -chicken salad. The personal pizza we ordered was simple. The pizza might be more of a processed item but it was good as well.
