We just moved into our new home and we decided last minute (about a week before Thanksgiving) not to travel for the Holiday but to celebrate in our new home instead. I had no real time to prepare a menu and cook it without anxiety. I decided to hire a professional caterer to provide a high profile meal and purchase a peace of mind; on the day that we come together to be thankful for the joy and blessings of spending time with love ones.

Chef Cho walked me through menu options and sent me a professional invoice with a break down of expenses, as well as an estimate delivery time for the day of delivery.

I must say on the day of delivery I was impressed with the Chef's promptness. She arrived 15mins early, prepared with the bells and whistles to make a beautiful presentation. Not only was the presentation exquisite, she stayed around and made sure that we were happy with the services provided.

I must give Chef Cho a 5 star rating. Her food was the inspiration behind the positive atmosphere that bought two cultures together for an (evening/entire weekend) of great vibes and energy.

We will definitely be booking her again soon. We actually discussed the possibilities of working with her as we consider exploring transitioning into veganism. As this is not a service she currently offer, she has agreed to work with me in explore expanding her services to provided weekly prepared vegan meals. It will take away the anxiety, of unfamiliar territory, as I would leave meal preap to the professional; taking only time out to enjoy the benefits of healthy vibrant, yet tasty meals. This gives me time to truly commit to the other goals and projects. In other words Chef Cho will allow me to perform my best in areas of my life that I am truly gifted.

My friends and I put together a vegan tasting with Chef Cho and everything was great.I was very pleased... She is very professional. The food was seasoned really well. We had the vegan tacos and everything down to the Saitan used for the meat was very tasty. Chef cho had also made some vegan cheese that was very good to go inside the tacos....I will definitely be using her again for my next catering event. If your looking for a professional chef who really knows what she's doing definitely consider Chef Cho you will not be disappointed at all.
