Fletcher's Place At Stonecrest

I wish I could remember the young lady's name who served me and my friend, but she was great in her service, attitude, professional skills and so on and so forth. And get this, she was the shift manager that was filling in for a shift and managing. She was awesome and we both, my friend and I gave her a good tip. And the food was very good too, you do get your moneys worth, especially if you get an appetizer. For my appetizer I ordered the mozzarella sticks and my friend ordered the cheese fries, both were very good and for my entree I ordered chicken parmesan, I forget what my friend ordered, but it was very good and I left there good and full. Had to take some home to eat later, because we went there for lunch. I will definitely be visiting again soon ????????

I had the Turkey Lasagna 3 days in a row. I called ahead and picked it up, and it was absolutely delicious and fresh!!! I Love it!!! One day I chose French fries as my side. The garlic bread is really good. The food,drinks and atmosphere is great. I was busy so I called ahead and picked up my food...they have grubhub as well. Another one of my favorites is the baked wings, it takes about 40 minutes to bake so I either call ahead and pick it up or we dine in and enjoy the drink specials. They have a full service bar to watch the game or hang out. I noticed a lot of birthday parties are held here, there is plenty of seating and a large parking lot.

The food at Fletcher's Place is amazing but the customer service, in particular the waiting abilities at the table or subpar to be nice. The greeters at the door are awesome and very accommodating but the waitresses need to be retrained on professionalism, mannerism, customer service, and just pure serving with joy. Our waitresses from the past two outings (both today and two days ago) seemed like they were just servicing us to be paid, like it was a task and not a responsibility. Hopefully, they will get that better because, other than that, the food is pretty awesome! 3 out of 5 stars for me.
