Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Love the food there. Can't go wrong with a sald at Zaxby

Don't get me wrong, this place is good. The menu items all revolve around chicken, you know what you're getting yourself into and it's all great... As long as you eat in. Zaxby's to go, or uber eats, or any delivered method does take a toll on the food. I've never had Zaxby's as good as sitting in to eat, once I have it delivered somewhere the food is 'flat' so to speak. Not mushed, but the fries aren't crispy, the chicken's breading lacks that something that is difficult to explain. I have no idea if this is just me but I only eat Zaxby's if I can eat in.

The food here is always pretty good. The only concern I am starting to have is to make sure my order is correct. I ordered 2 House Salads with out cucumbers because it doesn't blend well for me in this. I get home and start eating mine and no problem. The problem is when my wife starts eating hers she finds them in her salad. Now this is about 1 hour later so don't want to really have to deal with going back. This is becoming a problem because if there were any allergies inevolved it could be real serious. They need to pay much closer attention to detail when handling food.
