Boston Market

Had to wait for my entrée to finish cooking. Otherwise, everything went well. Employees were pleasant. Food was good and plentiful.

Food is always good, staff could be a little more friendly, doesn't seem like a pleasurable experience when I visit, this time I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make pot pies that were on special this weekend, figured they'd have the one item on special, available. SMH

I usually love Boston Market but not when it has a 82 food score. I'm not sure what type of management they have, however we had about 7 people with us and after ordering our food, having it packaged, we stood there waiting to be checked out. They had more than enough people to work the line and work the register. I saw at least 5 people, however one of the workers who served our food was the same one who came over to check us out at the end. I can say that she was super sweet and took care of us. I just need them to get their food score up and manage the line and register better.
