    I've never ordered delivery, but I always go in and place my order. I go there almost every couple of weeks to get an unwich. I've never had a problem with the staff, the staff being distracted, nor the wait time. The food is made promptly and the people present at the time when I arrive are polite.

    Just ordered Jimmy John’s for lunch today. I didn’t have much time to eat at work, so I was praying it would be a quick delivery! Man was I impressed!! Not only did the driver get here quick, but she was pleasant and polite. The order was correct and they even included napkins! I’ve never been so pleased with a delivery service. Very thankful! & will be ordering again in the future!

    My family and I have eaten here several times and it is consistently delicious. The customer service is great! Whitney is extremely friendly and makes a fantastic turkey sandwich! Highly recommended.
